shipping

please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days (canada) or 4-14 business days (USA) for your order to arrive.

we currently only ship within canada (tracked, regular parcel) and to the USA (untracked, regular parcel), via canada post.

shipping is determined by weight and is calculated at checkout. all orders with a subtotal of $75 CAD or more automatically qualify for free shipping, within canada!

although we strive to get your order out asap, please note that we are unable to guarantee any delivery times once your order ships and cannot take responsibility for any unforeseeable delays. this includes delays due to covid-19, as well as delays due to any public holiday(s).

please ensure that the shipping information entered upon checkout is correct and accurate. once your item(s) have shipped and receipt of delivery is confirmed, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and/or orders shipped to the incorrect address, due to client error.

if your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipped notice, please contact us via email at alongcamemama@gmail.com or through our contact form and we will try our best to track down your parcel.

as much as we hope you love your goodies, all items are final sale. we do not offer any refunds or exchanges at the current moment.
