It's no secret that motherhood can be hard. being a mom is 90% amazing, but at times, it can feel isolating, monotonous and downright overwhelming!
With the pandemic and all that it brings, it has been especially tough on mothers: it's harder to go out (safely), thoroughly enjoy mat leave, and most importantly, make friends. That's where our "me time" series comes in!
"me time" is a series of quarterly boutique events, by along came mama, geared towards moms to encourage them to take time for themselves out of their busy lives! Picture this: a few hours to yourself, making new mama connections, while engaging in meaningful experiences, run by mama-owned/run/inspired businesses! Sounds great, doesn't it?!
Our first event is called bloomin': a floral arrangement workshop, featuring mama-owned business, Fleur Du Solenn.
